Can someone tell me what font this is?

Excuse me I have never heard of the pretoria font before I read you.

When I went to see the pretoria letters I saw that the Q isn't the same as
the letters she posted.

I just want to help !

edit: or the modified the O with a Q tail...idk

I thought storybook, but the Q is different there too.

i would say it very definitely started out as Pretoria/Storybook but has been modified (Q) and the "tooled" look...

I didn't know the name of the font but I did recognize the lettering from a 1983 Chevrolet El Camino Conquista.
