    • 3x Epson SureColor S80600 (with white)
    • Epson SureColor S9170
    • Roland LG-540 (UV / print & cut with white/gloss)
  • Daily production: loading/unloading media, RIP workflow familiarity, job setup, print checks, and output consistency
  • Lamination: setting tension/pressure, reducing silvering, minimizing waste, and clean finishing
  • Trimming/cutting/finishing as needed (print production support)
  • Color consistency and basic troubleshooting (banding, curing/ink issues, alignment, maintenance routines)
  • Keeping an organized, clean production environment and meeting deadlines
What we’re looking for
  • 2+ years (or equivalent) hands-on experience in wide-format print production
  • Comfortable with Epson solvent printers (S80600 / S9170) and Roland LG-540 - or willing to learn
  • Solid lamination experience (roll laminators, pressure/heat/tension control)
  • Strong attention to detail, quality standards, and material handling
  • Able to lift rolls/materials and be on your feet in a production setting
  • Team mindset: dependable, communicative, shows up and gets it done
Nice to have (not required)
  • Experience with print/cut workflows and contour cutting
  • Familiarity with shop production environments and job tracking
  • Understanding of profiling/spot colors/white ink workflows

Position details
  • Full-time
  • Location: Northwest Ohio (on-site)
  • Competitive pay based on experience
  • Opportunity for growth with an extremely busy shop and modern equipment
