We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Print & Lamination Specialist to join our production team in Northwest Ohio. This is a full-time position for someone who already knows wide-format print production and can run jobs start-to-finish with minimal supervision.

What you’ll be doing
- Operating and maintaining wide-format printers, including:
- 3x Epson SureColor S80600 (with white)
- Epson SureColor S9170
- Roland LG-540 (UV / print & cut with white/gloss)
- Daily production: loading/unloading media, RIP workflow familiarity, job setup, print checks, and output consistency
- Lamination: setting tension/pressure, reducing silvering, minimizing waste, and clean finishing
- Trimming/cutting/finishing as needed (print production support)
- Color consistency and basic troubleshooting (banding, curing/ink issues, alignment, maintenance routines)
- Keeping an organized, clean production environment and meeting deadlines
- 2+ years (or equivalent) hands-on experience in wide-format print production
- Comfortable with Epson solvent printers (S80600 / S9170) and Roland LG-540 - or willing to learn
- Solid lamination experience (roll laminators, pressure/heat/tension control)
- Strong attention to detail, quality standards, and material handling
- Able to lift rolls/materials and be on your feet in a production setting
- Team mindset: dependable, communicative, shows up and gets it done
- Experience with print/cut workflows and contour cutting
- Familiarity with shop production environments and job tracking
- Understanding of profiling/spot colors/white ink workflows
