FX Issue?

I have a 4 year old FX that started making a thumping sound while printing. The prints are still fine but dose anyone know if this is the start a problem? .

Only way to know that is to identify the source of the problem. First thing I would want to know is does it do it all the time.

As Fred said, only this one job, all jobs, all materials / foils?

It seems to only be on and off but on the same run, it will thump and then run normal then thump a few seconds later. I havn't been able to pinpoint it to a foil or material.
