Gerber edge chrome on clear

Printing silver medal ( chrome) on clear. Running into a problem. In the horizontal run it prints solidbut has a few places on the bottom that are not printed. In a vertical run it started to print solid but then goes to just streaks. Heat setting? Almost sounds like a chatter when printing.

Could be the cartridge binding up.

Or it could be I didn't have it set up for clear vinyl because I made that switch and it's printing fine. Ugh, it's possibly the simplest things... thank you!

oops, well that can happen, but I still think it could have been a binding cartridge that worked itself out.
