Gerber Edge Wont Print

Ive got a Gerber Edge LE , that says check vinyl, but its loaded properly with vinyl, there must be an issue with the sensors picking up the vinyl, is that known problem or is there another issue I should be looking at

time to power down, reseat every connector carefully
consider getting someone to resolder all the plug in connectors on the back of the circuit boards

There are several sensors. Some that identify if the vinyl is on the spool. You may need to test the sensor (continuity) to make sure it works. I had build up of dust on the sensor that homes the spool. Cleaned it and good to go. Basically, that is probably what you will need to do. Find, reseat, clean and test each sensor. It is not has hard as it sounds.
