I had one for 13 years and am trying to sell it now. No issues really to speak of but ehre's one good trick: if you are using the pouncing tool for making patterns, you don't need their alternate pouncing platen strip: just take a piece of 1/16" 3m D/F foam tape and lay it across the platen. The foam tape is thick enough to allow the pounce tool to penetrate the paper easily, but is also inexpensive so you can just peel it off and throw it away when you are done.
