Gerber M3000 Mvision Registration Issues

Curious to find out if others are having registration issues with the M-Vision registration dots that are printed with a UV Flat bed. Without fail, ours will find the first 3 dots but 9/10 it will miss the last 2 and we have to manually move the sensor over the dots and continue from there. We've found that if we put black cut vinyl 1/2 circles over the printed black 1/2 circles that it helps but thats not a solution. Curious if the sensor is having issues seeing the dots because of ink reflectivity or whats going on. We print the dots as 100% black. Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance!

You need to calibrate the sensor. Its documented in the owners manual but fine tuning is required and should do the trick. Many users are impatient about this process and don't do it right.
