A client (Private wine store) is rebranding. In addition to wraps, they'd like to incorporate a giant wine bottle on top of their dlivery vans, as well. I don't even know where to start. Any suggestions? My initial thought would be some place like the Imagination Corporation, but I don't know if that stuff would hold up on the top of a vehicle. Even more doubtful would be it surviving a winter here in Winnipeg.

Sounds like an interesting project Chris! I feel like I've seen someone post projects like this before...but can't put my finger on it. Maybe check with Chris @ Prowraps or Adam @ Colorado Signs & Wraps?

I would think the best option would be to have an aluminum internal frame welded up, then construct the bottle from foam and have it sprayed with hardcoat. Check to see if there are any companies around you that specialise in theatre set production, they would be used to all of this as they do it all day, we are lucky that we have one down the road from us.
If the vans have the tracking for roof racks installed you can use them as attachment points.
