Gluing HDU (Corafoam) panels together

Hoping someone can share what bonding glue or other adhesive would work well for gluing up HDU panels. The sign in question is 6'-0" X 4'-0"
And each panel is 2" thick

I usually use polyurethane glue - it really depends on what you're glueing it to. Plus wind loads, etc.

Thank you very much for your response. We are gluing HDU to HDU for additional thickness. However, we also need open time to spread the adhesive, as well as to clamp it.

ASI 55420 is our goto for basically anything structural. It also dries pretty fast compared to their other offerings, but not too fast to spread. Be warned, the gun for this stuff is stupid expensive, we ordered one without confirming the price, and at $700 I sent it back and found one on ebay for substantially less.

I've also heard of folks using one of the gorilla glues, I guess polyurethane, I'm not a big fan of the stuff though as it expands as it sets up.

Polyurethane (Gorilla and similar) are usually used - they are usually foaming adhesives (water vapour), so spread thinly and clamp - as long as the surfaces are clean and you spray a tiny amount of water on the opposite surface, you'll only get slight foaming on the edges - but they need water to cure. You can get 2 part polyurethanes which are better as they don't need water to cure, but are obviously more expensive. Just get some gorilla glue and try on a small sample first.
