I have owned and operated my own sign shop for 23 years and we used to struggle with tech support. Once I started working with GRS all of those problems went away. They are true to their word and will always call you back. Other equipment suppliers pale in comparison to GRS. If you are having trouble with the company you are currently using, try giving them a call. Dave, Chris, and Alan have worked very hard to make sure we have what we need to succeed. Thank you GRS for keeping us in the game.
