Graphictech Parts for a FC 4100-75

Can anybody tell me where I can get parts for a Graphictech FC 4100-75. I had a jamup cutting vinyl and the wheels that hold the cutter head carrage when it goes left & right cracked. Just talked to Phil about his issue. He is looking for the Y SLIDER WHEEL and Graphtec USA does NOT have the part. Therefore, he is looking for someone with 4100-75 they are using for PARTS. Sorry we could not be more help.
