Graphtec FC7000 PROBLEM!

Okay, we use wasatch to print to my Epson and cut to my Graphtec FC7000. We were cutting fine yesterday afternoon but when I got here today the Graphtec is cutting off about an inch to inch and a half to the left. Called Graphtec and they couldn't give me an answer they also said it was not the OffSet. I have been all through Wasatch thinking it could be in my software but nothing has changed. Does anyone have any clue as to what I am dealing with? The Graphtec also reads the reg marks just fine.

How OLD is your FC7000? When was the last time you changed the outside pinch rollers and blade protection strip? When was the last time you replaced your bladeholder?
