Out of curiosity.
Does "Greek Restaurant" have to be part of the design?
"Grill & Bistro" implies that it's a Greek Restaurant.

I would see if you can drop that part and focus on the rest.

Could be but when I see Bistro & Grill I think food is served there. I'd ask them what they think.

IMHO (H stands for hillbilly), I'd leave "Greek Restaurant" on the sign. Never underestimate the stupidity of the public. Even though the name is Greek and you've literally drawn them a picture with the Greek architecture, I bet many, many wouldn't get the idea it is a Greek restaurant.
