Hand Drawing images to print on the Edge

Is there anyone that can recreate images from (poor) photographs that can then be put into the Edge to print as either Spot or process colours? No doubt to be hand drawn and I do use older Omega software..early .plt files or early Ai may be my needs..
Such as image attached..
Ideally UK, but anyone able to help or advise?

Hi there,
I have done so thanks, but it's the issue of most likely having to hand redraw, I do a lot, or over the past 20 years or so I have...but it's the time it takes and 'skills' I lack ..
But thanks on that too.
