Hard earned ValueJet air leak solved (photos).

The issue was the Yellow & Black (4 color) also White & Cleaner (5 color) Y-connectors leading to the dampers.

After many hours on and off and many long letters to my tech describing an exotic air leak (air noise at the head/cap), I finally have an air tight printer (VJ-1617H).

The Y-connectors seemed to have been placing stress further down causing the fittings to be set at an angle causing an air leak. I had to remove the carriage board to correct this with zip ties.
Hopefully this solution will be of help to someone else.

Correction: The zip ties can be done without the carriage board removed (it's tight). I happened to notice the issue when checking to see if my three-way valve (under the board) was leaking air.
