Has any one had to ship there Envision Back to Gerber?

I am going to have to ship one of my envision 375 plotters back to gerber for some tech time... i know gerber offers a $200 create plus shipping but is there another way to box and ship it safely? Any cheaper help would be great!

I know some people have bought those BIG coolers at WalMart, etc and wrap and packit in one of those. They are about $60

I am assuming you dont have a maintenance agreement then? I had to ship mine back. They sent me a loaner first and I put mine in the box they sent me. When mine was fixed I just did a box swap again.
