Has anyone got a new Roland GR2 Plotter?

Calling out to anyone who a New Roland GR2 Plotter?
Being these are not a genuine Roland machines and are a rebranded/remodelled GCC Jaguar.
I am having issues with our machine and Roland is not helping.
Just need to know if my issues are warranted and can be replicated by other users of this machne?

I'm looking at new plotters, just wondering what the issues were with the GR2 please? I have the earlier GR640 was thinking of upgrading.

I have clunking and sometimes marks in the cut objects where the clunk appears.
I have been told that the GR2 plotters are not as good as the original GR machines.

They are basically a rebadged and rehoused GCC Jaguar V.
I know this as our previous Mutoh 1641SR (anothother story!) was supplied with a GCC Jaguar V and had the same issues.
