Have you seen this type of sign frame before?

Hi all! Do you know a supplier that carries these types of frames? I need about a dozen of them. I can fabricate them if necessary, but would rather buy kits -- if they exist.

--> The key feature with this frame design s being able to swap out panels for various events. I expect those decorative caps will loosen up after a while, but this frame design is precisely what the client wants.
