Head wash SC-500

I am attempting to do a head wash which I have never done yet. I am not getting enough Magenta unto the printing..all others firing ok.. I seems I have to do like 15 head cleaning to get something looking half way right...

See any air in the magenta line? Possibly change damper, cap station? Pics of nozzle test would be nice.

Bobby, thanks for the advise....Here is what the print test looks like..

That photo is is not a SC 500, that looks more like an FJ printer (just printer) and waterbased. Is that correct? Looks like you have a
CMYK Or Gr for the for the ink set. Or is it a converted printer?

Also what firmware is the last updated as that test print does not look like the standard test print?

You right on the money! it's a converted printer...
