Heating and AC in Shops?

I am curious about what people have for heating and AC in their shops. We are in Texas have been fortunate to have heat and ac in our building. Recently one of our AC units went out and it has been HOT! Depending on where you are located, one is more important than the other. But even in Texas it can get cold in the shop. How many of you deal with the weather in your shops and how does it affect your equipment and operations?

In Nebraska here. We get it all the weather here in the great plains.

From 2002-2022 we heated the shop but only had AC in the offices. Now our building is fully climate controlled in all work areas. We will never go back. Having a consistent temp and humidity in the shop helps us focus on the work rather than what the weather is doing.

We have several commercial rooftop units, and a wall pack mounted humidifier to accomplish all this.

Same. Crazy what lengths we used to go through to try to cool the shop. Couple of rooftop units fixed that and now there are times were it's almost too cold in the summer back there.
