Help! Banding..

I just added a SoletJet Pro II SC-540 to my shop. I tried to print on vinyl using Flexi 8.5. but when I print the design comes out banding. This is racking my brain. Can someone please help.

Does the Nozzle Test print perfect?
What media?
What media profile and settings are being used in the RIP?
What version of Flexi?

A picture of the banding would help as well? Have you done a media compensation calibration?
