Help needed on materials for door ID sliders please

One of my customers is requesting that we make enough of these to make it
worthwhile (and it seems like another niche for us as we recently installed a
CNC). Can anyone ID the materials? The extrusion that holds the larger panel
takes a 2" slide in panel which is brushed alum and .025 thick. The RMS is
made from 2 layers of the material the name plate is made from- a clear plastic
with a very thin blue layer on the back and satin finish on the clear side- this
plastic is .067 thick. I suspect these are common materials but I have not seen
them. Can anyone help me? Thanks Gene

PS the name is cut vinyl and the checkmark on the logo.
