Hi, looking for some help and advice please

I have a MILLENNIUM router from AXYZ Automation.

The vacuum router bed needs to be replaced, tried to speak to AXYZ and because it's an older machine now they don't want to be bothered.

I could router a new vacuum bed, but would need to a file for the artwork to cut the new vacuum bed (that looks like a bar of chocolate) if this makes sense!

Does anyone have an artwork file for this?

Years ago we had to replace half the vacuum table top on our old AXYZ machine. We ended up just having to create our own file to match the existing pattern. If you are replacing the entire board then it really doesn't have to match exactly, just where the main vacuum holes are, you pattern can be different without much of an issue. Just need a 'v' bit and go for it.

Agreed that the pattern isn't critical, but, obviously the diameter & number of holes matches the capacity of your vacuum pump.

If. You post on a cnc site, you might be more likely to have someone supply a file

I had this same issue and was googling yesterday and came across this forum.
I have since found the files for the AXYZ millennium machine from about 15 years ago so happy to send them over if needed.

Here are the RDY (toolpath ready file) for anyone who needs it.
You may have to alter any holes as mine didn't line up with the holes already in the bed, but I just hand drilled new ones.
