HELP! Roland XR-640 LC Ink Issue

Hi everyone ,
What is that printers problem can anyone help me i dont want change heads
First problem is blue ink near the printing even the C0 M0 Y0 K100 , its like dust with blue color
And i can clearly see light blue is dripping the cleaning sponge
Last problem the LC test print is looks terrifying

Ink's are aftermarket nazdar setup ,no white,metallic and else

Sorry to tell you, but you will most likely need new heads. You can try a 48 hour head soak by capping/closing the lines after the cap top and filling the cap tops with cleaning liquid and then setting the head back in place locked into the cap tops, refill cap tops after 24 hours, then at the 48 hour mark, run a powerful cleaning and then try a nozzle test. If no improvement, you'll need to replace that head.
