Help vectoring file

Hi folks, I've got a customer who created some artwork and can't seem to get it turned into a vector image. She created it using AI CS3 version 13.0.1.

Other than telling her to create outlines I have no knowledge of that program. She's saved it as an AI and an eps file and none of them will open or import in my Corel 10 program.

Tell your client to save it in an earlier version, it should work then. I just dont know if you can use Corel to open the file, I never used Corel before.

All competent designers should automatically save an Illy file to an earlier
version and not assume that everyone has the latest version. I HATE THAT!

I have to save to version 8 to get the file to open for me. And remember to outline all strokes and fonts.

Agreed, but she's a photographer, not a designer!
