HELP!! I was thing about buying a site from OnPrintShop.com
I operate a 2 man shop- 20 years (large format & Xerox) And spend my whole day processing email orders, questions & pre pressing files.
I'm looking to grow the business & save time.
Are these sites worth the $5k a year price tag?
Who is using them?
Did it grow your business? or did customers still email orders?
Do you loose the relationship's with customers sending them to the website?-
Any info is helpful.
Thank you!!:)

FireSprint.com uses them for their website, I have been looking at them for my site. I just haven't pulled the trigger yet.. I was using InkSoft and I can not recommend them at all.

Here since 2011
Not sure about them but I had a website with online ordering designed by someone that promised increased sales through the website. Sadly, it has produced exactly two, yes, 2 orders in over close to three years. Meanwhile, my business in my existing client base grew 25%, 30%, and 32% over the same three year period.

i would think the problem is that most people who submit art for printing are not capable of evaluating the file they send you
because of this, you will automate the process of printing absolute garbage.

i am sorry to be so negative
hopefully you have a better class of client than i do
No, I want to hear your real experience. I'm on the fence with the buying the website. $2k to build & $400 a month
I agree. The print file is the hard part of most orders. Even with a fancy website I feel I will still be fixing customer files.
I'm just trying to figure out a way to save time & stream line the business.
How do you do pricing & estimating?
