Yes I do realize that, I'm asking for a few pointers now that it's actually putting ink down.

Time for new heads...

The easy solution is New Heads, which is what I would do if in a hurry... Having said that, I have never seen a Print Head I could not clean if given the time to get it done provided it did not have a physical issue... Diagnosis is many clogged nozzles, Resolution is either clean or replace...

Replaced print heads today and now I'm back to no printing at all. I think I still have issues with my pump because the clean cycle didn't pull any color ink, like it was doing before. However, it did pull black. Shouldn't it be printing black?
