Help with Roland EJ-640 High Temperature

I have a roland now it reports an error
TEMPERATURE IS TOO HIGH 42 C
How do I fix this????

This is most likely a bad left head. The thermistor is on the left head with senses the temperature at the heads. You can reverse the short ribbon cables to verify. It will most likely be one of the heads if your room temperature is certainly lower than 42 Celsius.

If you swap ribbons, you must swap in pairs. Never swap the 2 ribbons on a single head, as the two connectors connect to different circuits internally in the head.

The EJ uses two "DX7 gold head" and is connected by 2x4 flat cables.
