help!!!

i have a mutoh falcon 48 outdoor and i am having a problem. i am a rookie on this fourm but things are slow that why i havent bought my membership yet. any ways back to the printer. one of the heads are not firing black one cayan and one magenta. this printer worked beautifully until i did a head wash to clean out all inks to put in brand new ink cartiages.

i have the printer pulled appart right up to the point u can see the carriage rails and the dampers. the capping station look fine and when i put cleannig fluid on it it runs through. dampers are half full. soaked the print heads and not a diffrence.

can any one diagnose this for me i am stumped and i rely want my printer to work so please help

I would try drawing ink through the system with a syringe. Just my suggestion.

It takes a bit more than just a cleaning to draw the ink back into the heads. Do as was just mentioned with a syringe and draw from the capping station so the ink is pulled into the heads. Find the tube that connects to the cap under the head with the problem. With a syringe you need that size of tube to attach the syringe with to that cap. With the heads set on the capping station you should be able to draw the syringe and get ink pulling into the syringe. You might see the color of the ink change in the syringe as all the colors start pulling through the head. Then do med cleanings (not powerfull as that refills all lines and wastes ink). It might take many cleanings to get all heads working propper (up to 10). Just do a test print after each cleaning and it should get a bit better each time.

final update is i called cmyk parts they are great. bewteen victor and me we diagionsed it was # 2 head fuse. so i u soldered the fuse and replaed it with only the fuse wire from a glass fuse it pretty neat. also i am trying some inks from solventinksonline. i will keep u posted on the results. 30 dollars for a 220 ml cart without sticker.
