Looks like someone tried to cut vinyl by hand to me based on the jagged holes and such. I'd ask more about it from whoever, then probably give them a condensed font with an added rectangle to the side of each letter as a substitute like below.

Thanks for the help. Yes, I came up with those same fonts that you show. Your help is appreciated! I may have to just go ahead and hand letter this one.

Nope, not sure if it is a font. Could be hand lettered. So, I may have to do the same. I can usually track a font. This looks like lots of other fonts that are Poster style fonts from the 50's and 60's but not an exact match to anything I found.
