How do you make this oversized pattern

We're doing Fabricated aluminum letters for the outside of a block building.
The paper pattern we use can blow around in the wind while we're trying to get it on the building.
So we usually mount it to a piece of coroplast and mount that on the building.

The job we have now is aprox 10 ft tall x 12'wide
This is too big for a 4 x 10 coro

I don't think it will work very well to try to piece 3 or more pieces together

Any suggestions ?

Cut your corex into 4 3x6 ft pices and tape hinge and fold it up for easy transport.

Edit: not 4 I meant 8 pieces.

Edit Edit: I know you can get 5'x10' corex also.

Layout the letters on coro panels, butting the panels together and temporarily tape them together.
Put line up marks where the panels butt.
Make your stud marks and break the panels down.
On site start on the left and work your way across one panel at a time.
