How to attach banner over windows?

Window area is 4'x15' and the windows are basically flush with the wall, only protruding about 1/2". The customer asked about suction cups, which I don't think will work.

We are making it two sided so will be 18oz. (side 1, we are moving - side 2, we've moved). Could I use some kind of two-sided tape to the glass then remove the adhesive after?

If you don't need full coverage of the windows, then something like this might work

Do the bricks protrude enough you could put some anchors & screw eyes into the corners?

Suction cups will work and will hold over mullions too. This one was a polyester fabric banner but we've done it with regular 13 oz vinyl scrim banners too. We use ones that are 2.5" diameter.

OK - thanks! Good to see they actually work. I will suggest the ones that were in the Amazon link since my banner will be larger and heavier than this dollar store one.
