How to drag text to point.

Can someone help me with how to drag the top of the text like the F is in the attached photo. I am new to Corel Draw X5.

convert the text to curves -- use the shape too to add points and drag points as needed...

Or use your node tool, and individually position characters in a line of type. Like this:
