How to enter service mode SP540V

Hello,
I work on Bonaire, Dutch Caribbean I have A Versacamm sp540v firmware 6.60 I have the service Manual and there is no Roland technician on the Island or available in a near location. I need to change the print head but I can not enter the service mode, Is there anyone that can help me with this? Do I need to change both print heads at the same time? if not which one is for black?

Using the Directional buttons & Power button
Down Right Left Up
Then press and hold Right Down, Left & Power
It can be fussy and may take a try or two.

K+C head is on the right as you are facing the machine.
