How To: Using Photoshop Filters In Flexi

I seem to be having a problem using Photoshop CS2 In Flexi Pro 7.6v2 Can anyone tell me what I might be doing wrong?

I tried that. The plug-in filters are there but they are not highlighted in Flexi. I didnt know if you have to improt something or what.
