Hp 5500ps

I recently bought an HP 5500ps at auction. I am having an issue with one of the ink cartridges.
I was running it fine but know all of a sudden it won't read the cyan ink and the cartridges is
full. Any recommendations?

I am also having an issue with it printing very dark and with to much yellow. I have tried different
material settings and a few other adjustments but can't seem to get it right. I am using Flexi 8.

is their a way to reset or bypass, the ink is full now it will not read

Return the cart for replacement.
