Need Help HP Latex 315 Curing Modules keep failing

Long time reader first time poster, currently having a printer problem I cannot seem to solve.

We had the Maintenance Kit #3 done on one of our Latex 315 printers back in February. Since then we have been having frequent curing module failures (16.41:10, 16.42:10, 16.43:10). We didn't catch the issue till about March as they had apparently brought in either the wrong type of curing module or fan when doing the cleaning kit and we had to wait for the correct one.

It is seemingly random when the modules decide to fail and which one fails. Sometimes it works fine for a whole day, sometimes one will fail mid print, sometimes one will fail basically the second the print goes from the production manager to the printer. Sometimes you can send the same print twice in a row and it will fail the first time and then print without problem the second time. Module #2 was just replaced less than a week ago and has been the most frequent one to fail since it was replaced.

The modules have no defects that I have observed, they are all brand new, the coils have not come off the connection, the wires all look fine, the fans look fine.

The only other thing that might be affecting it would be that this printer is the closest to where the HVAC pumps out the air conditioning/heating for the warehouse so one side of the printer is getting colder/hotter than the other. I find this unlikely though as this printer has been in the same spot of the warehouse for almost two years so it has been through changes in temperature during multiple changes of seasons without having this issue.

The techs who service our printers have now replaced every single curing module at least once and we are still getting the errors. I keep trying to tell them something else is going on but they keep just replacing the curing modules. Is there anything I can do to diagnose the underlying issue and either present it to the techs and hope they fix it or just fix it myself? I am at my wits end with this printer, we can hardly use it because it is so unpredictable in its failures.

Well most logical thing is to go trough the cabling or replace it next. Then the junction pca and eventually power box

You could try to really spend some time in front of it running the curing diagnostic and wiggling wires or something.

But clearly it's not the heaters it's something else further up the line.

Sometimes the cables tend to melt a little and connections can heat up and cause issues.

So they installed the wrong module or fan, or they didn't actually install it, and returned later with the correct part?
On the failure, is it causing the machine to lock up with the error code, shut down, reboot, and reprint, or is it on the pc side that you see a failure?

They were not really clear on if the incorrect part was installed and the printer was turned on with the incorrect part installed or they just received it, realized it was wrong, and then waited for the correct part to come in. I was not present when this happened so I have heard most of it second hand. To me, it sounded like the incorrect part was installed and the printer was run with the wrong part and that is what made them realize it was the wrong part.
The error code causes the machine to lock up, shut down, and reboot. I have to re-send the print from the PC side after the reboot, the print software doesn't seem to be affected by the crashes other than noting that the print was aborted (I am using SAI Flexi Complete Production Manager if that helps).

Ah, hmm, personally, I'd ask for some documentation on what happened from the tech. It sounds like hp will throw curing modules at it until you are out of warranty, and they could be avoiding a more costly part, but balstestrat would know if the junction pca, power box, or wiring harness are all that much more expensive than a curing module. I can't imagine sending techs out 3x times would be an attempt to dodge a claim, but stranger things and all that jazz.
