HP Latex 315 + email accounting reports?

Hello friends,
Has anyone here successfully been able to get automatic emails of the accounting reports from their HP Latex 315 (Or similar) working?
I've set up the email server, and configured everything in the EWS as per the manual. All connectivity tests pass, and I even receive the emails as scheduled.
My issues is that nothing is included/attached to those email messages. According to the documentation, there should be an XML file of the accounting report.
Our IT dept. has also confirmed to me that there are no blocks, FW rules etc., that could be interfering either.
I'm a bit stumped here. Any thoughts or advice is much appreciated!
Cheers,
Andrew

I ran into a similar issue when setting up email reports for one of our printers. What worked for me was double-checking the file format and ensuring the report was being generated correctly on the printer itself before trying to send it out. It could be that something is preventing the file from being attached even though the email is sent. I also found using a service like Track Payments and Subscription really helps when reviewing business reports – it gives a clean snapshot of all the data at once.
