Latex has so many levels of suck. Run your calibrations and check your media settings. I had a 365 short my prints for years and it got so bad that 20' banners were printing 18" short. There are lot of calibrations on the machine and also within the RIP you are using. I had Onyx.

If you are near your SMK3, it could be an issue with the curing unit.
