Hp Latex 360 Printing problems .

I have replace all the ink. I change out all the heads had to do manual head alignment because of the ink bleed. There is a picture below . I have tried different Media and profiles and still no luck IMG_9712.jpg

I’m not sure where to turn now . machine does not show any errors.

I guess you have a problem with optimizer. Check the nozzle test, in the black rectangle you see the nozzle pattern of OP.

But I see. Your optimizer is missing completely.
There is 0 nozzle firing. You need to fix that.

There isn't too much to it. Clean the contacts. Try with the old printhead.

You can also warranty the "faulty" one you have and try with another new one.

I have replaced optimizer cartage, I have replaced optimizer print head. I have replaced trailing cable since its started to tell me trailing cable not connected so I replaced it . Still not getting optimizer. what should I do know.

Now I'm getting a 23:10 Error . Not sure if that has anything to do with the problem. of the OP not shooting.
