I have HP Latex 360 printer & I am getting Cyan lines. Both Cyan/ Black replaced with brand new two print heads. Encoder clean. Cleaning Cartridge new. Pleas help to find solution.
I fixed problem after two days of hard work.
1) Replaced Cyan/Black both heads but no luck.
2) Clean encoder but no luck.
3) Clean PCB & reset trailing cable but no luck.
4) Run few cleaning cycle but no luck.
5) Print different media but no luck.
6) Did printhead alignment many times but no luck.
Finally change carriage motherboard (PCB) & it work perfect.
You have to remove all printheads & install 1 by 1. Each time close cover & let printer to read 1 by 1 printhead.
Do not set all printhead at a time. Do 1 by 1.
If printer not reading printhead then reset head cables to PCB again.
Make sure you install head 1 by 1 & it must read all printhead.
You can use your old working printheads.
Run automatic printhead alignment.
Please check attached photographs.
