Been running HP Latex printers for 6–8 years using mostly 3M, Avery, and GF for adhesive vinyl (with some Briteline/Orajet here and there).
Lately we’ve been getting a lot of short-term wall graphic jobs (1-day events), so I picked up Orajet 3621 for better price point & easier removal vs IJ40.
Issue is… the printer does not like this material. I’m either getting ink not curing properly or the media starts cockling/buckling.
I’ve been adjusting ICC profiles, but haven’t found a sweet spot yet.
Anyone running Orajet 3621 on HP Latex have profile recommendations or settings that work? Or general tips to prevent cockling and improve curing?
Appreciate any insight
