Both Ed Hoff and Ed Jemmings need a shoutout here, as they just saved us a ton of time, money, and frustration!
I've been wrestling with an issue with our JV4 for ages, as seen here, here, and here. I was all set to rip the printer apart and send the guts to Jemmings for analysis and repair, when they not only suggested a parameter swap, but modified one of their own, parameter files to match my printer, and sent it to me.
Sure enough, it rectified the issue, and months of bonking my head against the wall were put to an end, allowing me to use the printer to its full potential once more.
You guys really went above and beyond the call of your field. Thanks! :U Rock:
