Huladays surfboard

This is what I'm thinking for the signs on the side of our 8' x 16' tiki hut of a Christmas float. The signs will be 2' x 8', visibility will need to be from a maximum of 25', and the red letters will be lit (time permitting)

Is this legible?

I like it. I personally would replace the pattern in the surfboard with a more traditional stripe(s). I think that might also make it even more legible IMO

The white OUTLINE on the lettering should be a little THICKER.

Looks great. We have a christmas parade up in my town as well. A local, veteren sign guy usually places 1st or 2nd. In all the ones I can remember (I'm 20, so not too many years) He has had some of the coolest float designs.

Your float seems like its going to be very good as well just based on your "Happy Huladays" surfboard.
