Nozzle check is fine
There is an adjustment to try. Varies the gain driving motor that advances the vinyl (y axis)
adjust one way you get thin white lines.
adjust the other way and you get overlap (thin lines of that color DARKER)
buy (or READ) your service manual
certainly try that BEFORE you let a tech replace the printhead

Hi thanks for that Nozzle check is fine I will try and update
nozzle check is a entirely different thing.
this adjustment is for OVERLAP or the next pass of the head
you refer to it as lawnmower banding
what you are adjusting is the wheels of the lawnmower being in the same slot on successive passes,
nozzle check can not show you that

It happens with feed calibrations being off, that and pass settings with dark solid colours. Do a calibration, and try maybe printing on uni not bi. See if that helps at all. Thats what I see with mine, simple adjustment or swtiching to uni always helps.

Feed issue did a manual feed 500 mm
