I am getting error in roland SP540 _ Pinche roller error left or right sometimes

I am getting error in roland SP540 _ Pinche roller error left or right sometimes. I have tried different positionsof the pinch rollers, tried cleaning the cable, reset the pronter and other measures too. Sometimes it used to be ok and worked but not it just showing the pinch roller error or some time the printable width is shown as 0'0"...Can any one help me to get rid of this error.

If the new cable doesnt fix it then it will be the sensor that reads the roller positions ( often a bad cable will only give left or right not both ). I have the sensors in stock if you need one

on my sc545-ex i get the same error if all pinch rollers are not DOWN there can be a slight gap and they can move from side to side
a little jab & the roller drops down into the correct position holding the vinyl properly and the error is not there when i repeat setup

(discovered this after the new cut cable did not sure the problem)
