I cant get a ValueJet 1204 Mutoh to print right!

Any suguestions on what i can do to improve this quality???

Im not sure if it is the heads or what because I just got this machine from a friend!

Any advice is greatly appreciated. I am using Flexisign.

What settings are you using? (Heat, resolution, number of passes, etc.)
What material?
