I could really use some help – HP Latex 570 issue

Hi all,
I’m running into a frustrating issue with my HP Latex 570 and I’m hoping someone here can point me in the right direction.

Lately, I’ve been dealing with color issues—mainly with cyan—where there are missing areas in the prints. I’m also seeing ink starvation, but only on one side. On top of that, I’ve had a 98:03 error showing for a while. It used to print fine despite the error, so I assumed it was just a glitch—but now I’m not so sure.

Here’s what I’ve done so far:

• Replaced both cyan/black printheads
• Swapped the printheads to test if it was a position-related issue
• Replaced the intermediate tank
• Installed a new 3-liter ink cartridge (I thought it could’ve been due to expired ink)
• Ran a nozzle force drop test – showed little to no nozzle loss
• Cleaned and re-calibrated the printheads

Unfortunately, the problem is still there. I’ve attached some photos showing exactly what’s going on.

If anyone has experienced something similar or has any suggestions, I’d really appreciate the help. I’m out of ideas over here!

I am also getting the 98:03 error. Just swapped the drop detector sensor, hoping that resolves it.
