i bought it "dead"
when i power it on, it gives the "press power to run cleaning" message (down for over 30 days)
press power & fans start, i hear a motor turn but feed rollers do not turn & carriage doesn't move.
i get service call 0101 error

WHAT AM I LOOKING FOR IT TO DO AT FIRST?
the seller replaced the scanner motor with one from digitprint and it worked for 30 days or so. then died
i had had gout for the last week or so, so i haven't been anxious to stand in front of the machine.
